Eventing Rally Invitation
NEW FOR THIS RALLY!!
We will be implementing a simplified version of Horse Management. More details to come but judging will include Turn Out Inspections, Vet Box and Safety violations. Reference the USPC Handbook and Rules for Eventing Competition 2024 and USPC Horse Management-Competitor Rules 2024
This is not a qualifier for 2026 USPC Champs.
This is a qualifier for the 2025 Mid-Atlantic Pony Clubs "Regional Challenge Rally" held in conjunction with the Virginia Horse Center Youth Equestrian Festival. Simply completing the rally without elimination will enable you to compete at the 2025 Festival. (Please chat with your DC for more information on the 2025 event)
Rally competitors will be able to sign up for the VHC cross country schooling day on Saturday if they choose to do so. (Not a VRPC sponsored event).

Closing Dates: Individual Registration - September 11, 2024
Late Entries accepted if they can be accommodated and will incur a $50 late fee.

We will not be moving in on Friday. Move in will start 11:00 or later on Saturday. The offical rally start is 6AM on Sunday. No HM activities on Saturday but stalls must be set up and ready to go by 6AM Sunday. Barns are closed to parents Sunday.
After the Closing Date for the Individual Registration , the VRS will send Leaders a spreadsheet of all entries. You can also view entries as they are made by clicking on the "Registrants" link in the Event description on the Calendar.
Clubs & Centers should use this form to enter both TEAMS AND SCRAMBLERS. Please indicate team and scrambler chaperone & members. Clubs & Centers should fill out this form as many times as necessary, once for each team, scrambler, or group of scramblers.
The registrant requested at registration is the name, cell & email of the Chaperone.
The chaperone will receive an automated email from the system upon this registration and a reminder email prior to the rally.
Signed Chaperone Forms must be scanned and uploaded in the registration.
