Mounted Clinic with Kya Enderson

VRPC will be hosting a mounted dressage clinic with dressage rider Kya Enderson. The hour long group lessons (3 riders per group) will be held at Deep Run Hunt Club.

Kya Enderson, Originally from the Outer Banks started her riding career in pony club and eventing but quickly fell in love with dressage at a young age. She left home at 15 years old to take a working student position with Hassler dressage. Working for them for three years she finished her time there by winning the North American Young Riders Championships at 18 years old. Wanting to pursue a well rounded education in dressage she took a job in Germany with Olympic rider Henri Rousti for two years and then moved to work for top horse producer Joachin Arl where she learned the ins and out of buying a selling top horses. At 21 years old Kya came back to the states and took a riding position under U.S. Olympian Alison Brock. With Allison she produced many horses to top of the sport with personal favorites being Igby, Cheraton , and Johnny be Goode.
