VRPC Regional Council Meeting

The VRPC Regional Council Meeting will be held virtually this year due to Covid-19 restrictions. All DCs & CAs are required to attend or send a representative. This is the annual meeting where members review this year's rallies & events and plan for upcoming rallies, events, budget, membership and share best practices. 

Individual club and center leaders are encouraged to gather in one person's home or central location (libraries are open and have good wifi) and attend the zoom session as one unit. This will allow offline discussion within your small group before announcing your public vote or opinion.

Regional Officers will gather at TriCounty Feeds in Marshall VA but that venue is limited and thus club and center leaders are asked to attend virtually.

There will be a 30-minute lunch break during the session. The zoom link will be emailed to all VRPC leaders closer to the date of the meeting.
