Rally Planning Session. Each club/center hosting a 2020 VRPC rally are encouraged to attend.

Location: John Barton Payne Building, 2 Courthouse Square, Warrenton
The John Barton Payne Building is across the street from Red Bakery &  the front of the library. Park on the street or in one of the town’s municipal parking lots.
