VRPC Horseless Rally - Team/Scramblers Registration

After the Closing Date for the Individual Registration Form, our VRS Activities Lisa Woods will send Leaders a spreadsheet of all entries. You can also view entries as they are made by clicking on the "Registrants" link in the Event description on the Calendar. Please make sure your members enter prior to their Closing Date. The Closing Date for Individual Registration was extended to Saturday, Feb 13.

Clubs & Centers should use this form to indicate team and scramblers chaperone & members. The chaperone is the Name, Cell & Email requested as the registrant. The chaperone will receive an automated email from the system upon registration and a reminder email prior to the rally. Clubs & Centers should fill out this form as many times as necessary, once for each team or group of scramblers.

The Rally Secretary will finalize the teams using input received via this registration. Additional team members will be added to incomplete teams by the Rally Secretary. Final teams will be announced shortly before the rally.

Signed Chaperone Forms should be scanned and emailed to the Rally Secretary or snail mailed to the Rally Secretary.

Payment should be made electronically via invoice from individual registrations or snail mailed with a check made payable to VRPC to the VRPC Treasurer, Carolyn Lorenzen, 229 Alpine Drive SE, Leesburg, VA 20175.
