After the Closing Date for the Individual Registration Form (Feb 10), our VRS Activities Erin White will send Leaders a spreadsheet of all entries. You can also view entries as they are made by clicking on the "Registrants" link in the Event description on the Calendar. Please make sure your members enter prior to their Closing Date (Feb 10).

Clubs & Centers should use this form to indicate team and scramblers chaperone & members. The chaperone is the Name, Cell & Email requested as the registrant. The chaperone will receive an automated email from the system upon this registration and a reminder email prior to the rally. Clubs & Centers should fill out this form as many times as necessary, once for each team or group of scramblers.

Signed Chaperone Forms can be scanned and emailed to the Rally Secretary or snail mailed to the Rally Secretary.

Payment can be made electronically via invoice from individual registrations or snail mailed with a check made payable to VRPC to the VRPC Treasurer, Vicki Golden 10811 Warwick Ave., Fairfax, VA  22030.
