2026 Fall VRPC Eventing Rally - Individual Registration (08/15/2026)

VRPC Qualifying Eventing Rally:

August 15-16, 2026

Virginia Horse Center

Rally competitors will be able to sign up for the VHC cross country schooling day on Saturday if they choose to do so. (Not a VRPC sponsored event.)

This rally will be run in conjunction with the VHC Unrecognized Horse Trials.

Registration:

Opening Date: July 22, 2026

Closing Dates: Individual Registration - August 2, 2026

Late Entries accepted if they can be accommodated

Team & Scrambler Registration - August 8, 2026

Fees(includes stall Saturday night only & HT entry fee):

VRPC Members: $150 | Out of Region: $195 (space permitting)

Tack rooms may be set up beginning at 12 PM on Saturday. You may move your horse in prior to that at your convenience.

Rally Opens 2 PM Saturday.

VRPC Rally competitors will be permitted to participate in the Saturday Schooling held at VHC.

DIVISION HEIGHTS/DRESSAGE TESTS:

Intro (CT only) - Max height 18”, 2023 Intro Test A
Green (CT only) - Max height 2’, 2023 Intro Test B
Starter - Max height 2’3”, 2026 USEA Starter Test
Beginner Novice - Max height 2’7”, 2026 USEF BN Test A (Qualifying or Non-Qualifying)
Novice - Max height 2’11”, 2026 USEF Novice Test A (Qualifying or Non-Qualifying)
Training - Max height 3’3”, 2026 USEF Training Test A (Qualifying or Non-Qualifying)
Modified (CT only) - Max height 3’5”, 2026 USEF Modified Test A

Members do not need to enter the VHC Starter Trial separately. Registering for the rally will also enter you in the VHC Starter Trial.
Any schooling must be entered separately with VHC.
Each member will need to bring their own Pinny / Number holder.

Team and Scrambler Registration:

Opening Date: August 3, 2026

Closing Date: August 8, 2026

Clubs & Centers should use this form to indicate team AND scramblers chaperone & members. Clubs & Centers should fill out this form as many times as necessary, once for each team, scrambler, or group of scramblers.

The chaperone is the name, cell & email requested as the registrant. The chaperone will receive an automated email from the system upon this registration and a reminder email prior to the rally.
